Complaints / Tickets
Handle complaints with the full service context.
Tickets sit inside the after-sales chain - alongside service visits and AMC - so support sees what was sold, delivered and installed.
Day-to-day workflow
Raise it, give it to an engineer, and know it is not sitting idle
- Raise the complaint on the customerStart the ticket from the customer's own record with a subject, department, priority and the complaint in the caller's words - so nobody has to retype who they are.
- Give it to an engineerAssign the ticket visit to a service engineer from your employee list. An unassigned ticket stays visible in the list instead of quietly going cold.
- Keep the after-sales history togetherBreakdown tickets sit next to service visits and AMC contracts on the same customer, so your team can see what was sold, installed and already repaired.
- Review the pile, not one ticket at a timeThe service head can scan raised tickets, assigned tickets and ticket visits in reports.
Is this a standalone helpdesk?
No. Complaints are part of Sales Funda® after-sales. That is the point - the ticket already carries the commercial and installation history of that customer, so the engineer is not starting from a blank page.
How is a ticket different from an AMC visit?
A ticket is a breakdown - something has stopped working and the customer has called. An AMC visit is a planned visit under a running service contract. Both are tracked, but they are not the same list.
The complaint is raised on the customer's own record, so their history comes with it.
Assigning the visit puts a name against the complaint - you can see who is going.
